We have a spectacularly beautiful campus and our professors are top-notch teachers and researchers who take a real interest in you, answering your e-mails regularly, remembering your name, and just generally caring about you and your studies. We have a wide array of cultural and extracurricular activities and we have received top rankings from Maclean’s magazine, the Globe and Mail (Canada’s national newspaper), and the National Survey of Student Engagement. International Students
Ten per cent of Mount Allison’s students are international, coming from approximately 50 different countries. Our goal is to increase our international students because they enhance student life so much.
At Mount A, we provide support to our international students with an international student advisor.
There are also a number of campus support groups, including: - Society of All Nations - President’s Advisory Committee on International Students (PACIS)
In September 2008, our new state-of-the-art Student Centre opened its doors. It offers a brand new International Student Centre, where students from all countries, including Canada, can meet. The center is also home to all student services, student union, book, mail, and health services for students.
Mount Allison University has been named the #1 Undergraduate University in Canada by Maclean’s Magazine, and the Most Vegetarian Friendly Campus in Canada by Peta.
